Davide Bellocchio grow up in Milan and here, after studying Visual Arts at the IED in Milan, he joins the world of advertising agencies, first as an art director and later as a photographer.
Stimulated by the social environment since the young age, he soon gets passionate about photography, using it as a filter through which lingering, evaluating and learning about. The camera becomes the medium to look, stop, reflect and interpret, indulging a force of attraction that moves strongly from the outside to the inside. A magnet that for many years has incorporated, sucked in and held, without letting go.
While on a professional level the first awards began to arrive, such as Eurobest, Epica, International Photography Award, ADCI, PX3 and TIFA among the most important, an equal and opposite force made its way that led him to give life to his first works, which have remained unpublished.
Over the years, the impulse has become a necessity. The shapeless and premature nature of his poetics has turned into a multidisciplinary artistic path that mixes photographic techniques, digital manipulation and sculpture.

Davide Bellocchio cresce a Milano e qui, dopo aver studiato Arti Visive allo IED di Milano, si inserisce professionalmente nel tessuto delle agenzie di pubblicità, prima come art director e successivamente come fotografo.
Da sempre stimolato dall’ambiente sociale, si appassiona presto alla fotografia e la utilizza come filtro attraverso il quale soffermarsi, valutare e imparare a conoscere. La macchina diventa il mezzo con cui guardare, fermarsi, riflettere e interpretare, assecondando una forza di attrazione che si muove con forza dall’esterno verso l’interno. Un magnete che per tanti anni ha incamerato, risucchiato e trattenuto, senza lasciare uscire.
Mentre a livello professionale iniziavano ad arrivare i primi riconoscimenti, come Eurobest, Epica, International Photography Award, ADCI, PX3 e TIFA tra i più importanti, si faceva largo una forza uguale e contraria che lo ha portato a dare vita alle sue prime opere, rimaste inedite.
Negli anni l’impulso è diventato una necessità. La natura informe e prematura della sua poetica si è trasformata in un percorso artistico multidisciplinare che mischia tecniche fotografiche, manipolazione digitale e scultura.
